Large chest all made from one board, drawer fronts consecutive cuts from a single board. With five small drawers and one large drawer, it is roomy enough to accommodate decades of earrings, rings, and bracelet acquisitions.
Solid hardwood, handmade jewelry box. This design has been improved and refined since the early 1990s, and has found happy homes throughout the world.
Details include:
~mitered case construction with dovetail splines for strength
~dovetailed solid ash drawers, each drawer individually fitted
~drawers are always consecutive cuts from the same board for consistency
~common species parts are always made from the same board(e.g., cherry case and drawers will be from the same board)
~solid cherry back
~adjustable solid ash dividers--individual lengths of the divider grid can be removed to create larger spaces
