Black walnut case, curly birch drawers, wenge accents and ash interior.
Room enough to accommodate many years of earrings, rings, and bracelets acquisitions.
Really nice material. This is not production-mill, steamed walnut. Slow dried walnut from a small mill in NE Pennsylvania.
Four small drawers, one large drawer.
Solid hardwood, handmade jewelry box. This design has been improved and refined since the early 1990s, and has found happy homes throughout the world.
Details include:
~mitered case construction with dovetail splines for strength
~dovetailed solid maple drawer interiors, each drawer individually fitted
~drawers are always consecutive cuts from the same board for consistency
~common species parts are always made from the same board(e.g., walnut case and walnut drawers will always be from the same board)
~solid walnut back
~adjustable solid maple dividers--individual lengths of the divider grid can be removed to create larger spaces
~cotton velvet drawer lining
~all interior parts sealed and finished
~finished with shellac and satin acrylic lacquer
These chests are premium quality, intelligent solutions for serious jewelry collections, and are among the finest available.

~4- 1.3/8" exterior ht. drawers
